The Government has just annouced plans for a national British Armed Forces and Veterans Day to enhance public awareness and appreciation of the Armed Forces. What do you think??

Blackpool Airport visit for Gordon

Gordon paid a visit to new Chief Executive of Blackpool International Airport, David Kershaw this week.

They discussed sirport security and the important role the airport plays in attracting new investment to Blackpool.

Gordon said "I was good to have a look around Blackpool Airport. I hope it will continue to bring in visitors to the town and help with our ongoing regeneration."

Gordon also discussed the London route with Airport managers and new international routes out of Blackpool.
